Highlight: Launch of the THIEME 3000 Vision AL (Automatic Loader)

Highly precise fully automatic screen printing machine offers maximum flexibility and outstanding print quality!

The THIEME 3000 Vision AL is manufactured in various print formats up to a maximum size of 1000 x 1400 mm.

The fully enclosed machine impresses with its material-friendly parallel lifting system and unique flexibility in the formats to be printed. Material feed can be done either through pallet or shaft loading. The machine comes standard with camera systems for screen and substrate alignment and can be optionally supplemented with virtually unlimited options.

Highlight: Inkjet printing System THIEME 505 D MINT

Customised digital printing solutions for industrial production
One of our latest products on display is the THIEME 505 D MINT digital printing system, designed for high-volume coin printing. A highlight of this system is the integrated camera alignment system, which can detect the positions of various substrates (coins) and rip the print file accordingly.

In its fully automatic version, the printer can print up to 15,000 coins per shift and has become a highly successful tool for coin decoration worldwide. This is a typical example of a digital printing solution with customized material handling and print head design.
